What are the rates for the services of NVM brokers?
When selling a house, brokerage rates often vary. A slightly higher rate does not have to be a problem, if the purchasing agent demonstrably has a lot of expertise. As a buyer, for example, you can easily earn back this amount if the broker manages to negotiate a significantly higher sale price than you initially had in mind.
How long does the average home sale take?

Is an energy label mandatory when selling my home?
The energy label is mandatory for the sale, rental and delivery of: Residential buildings, such as houses and apartments.
The seller/lessor is obliged to label. Usually this is the owner of the relevant home.
As of January 1, 2021, the determination method for the energy label will change. From then on you must engage an energy advisor for an energy label.
What does this mean?
You can still apply for an energy label until January 1, 2021. Please note, an application only starts when a recognized expert has been chosen and the application has been sent. You then have until 1 April 2021, together with the recognized expert, to complete the application so that the energy label can be registered.
